
Within the Environment Programme, Gorica Radulović is employed as a Coordinator and Procurement Specialist, where she supports project planning and implementation by coordinating project activities, collaborating with partners and donors, and managing procurement procedures in accordance with the rules of international funds. She has over twenty years of professional experience working on projects funded by international sources, with a special focus on agriculture, rural development, and sustainable tourism.
She completed her bachelor's and master's studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro. Throughout her career, she has been involved in implementing projects funded by the European Union, the World Bank, and USAID, working on project team coordination, administrative and financial procedures, as well as procurement implementation in accordance with donor rules.
Gorica has particular experience in monitoring project implementation, coordinating various stakeholders, and conducting procurement procedures within complex programs, as well as working on projects related to the European integration process.
