As part of the Environment Programme, Marko Dragaš serves as the Financial Manager, where he is responsible for monitoring project costs, maintaining financial documentation, and preparing financial reports in accordance with donor requirements. He actively collaborates with project teams on the administrative and financial aspects of project implementation.

He completed his undergraduate studies in English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Montenegro. Through his professional work, he has developed practical experience in the administrative and financial monitoring of projects funded by European Union funds, including IPA programs, with a focus on budgeting, reporting, and compliance with donor procedures.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in implementing projects in cooperation with various domestic and international organizations, where he worked on preparing and reviewing financial documentation, monitoring budget execution, and supporting reporting to donors. His experience also includes working on projects in the areas of regional development, education, and infrastructure.
