Ana Katnić

One of the founders of EnvPro shares a vision of supporting diverse and resilient nature that can sustain human well-being long term. Ana encourages actions which are drivers of excellence and change in the area of nature conservation and sustainable development underpinning interdisciplinary approach, research and innovation. She values participatory and science-based decision making. Having her as an Executive director sets high aspirations to the team.

Ana has 16 years of experience in environmental affairs and her most important engagements include:

Jelena Popović

Jelena graduated Biology at the University of Montenegro and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Ecology, a part of which she completed in Poland at the University of Szczecin. Jelena is employed in NGO Montenegrin Ecologists society as a project coordinator, and has been a volunteer and intern in this organization since 2015. She is currently involved in Natura 2000 habitat mapping project for Montenegro as a collaborator. She volunteered also in NGO Center for bird protection and research and protection (CZIP) and NGO Non-profit Organized Rescue of Avifauna (NORA) in 2014 and 2015.

Nina Lončarević

For her Bachelor degree, Nina graduated in Environment protection at the University of Montenegro (2017), and her Master’s studies in Landscape ecology she graduated at the University of Hohenheim in Germany. During her Master, she spent 1 year at the Swedish Agricultural University (SLU) on an Erasmus exchange, where she also finished her Master’s thesis. Mirko Jovićević

Mirko graduated in 2011 at the Information Technology engineering at the Technical Faculty “Mihajlo Pupin” at University of Novi Sad, Serbia, after which he started his work as a Web Developer.

Marko Dragaš

Graduated in English language and literature from Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić.

Emina Zečić

For her Bachelor degree, Emina acquired the academic title and professional degree of Bachelor of Science in Ecological Engineering at the University of Sarajevo (2016), and she finished her Master’s studies in Ecology within the Department of Biology at the University of Sarajevo (2018). As a student, she successfully learned methodology of scientific and research work, from literature and practical field and labaratory work.

Marija Popović

At the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Montenegro, Marija completed her undergraduate studies in Biology (2017), followed by specialist studies in Ecology (2018). Marija’s area of focus is phytocenology, and her main principle in nature protection is the conservation of biological diversity at all levels in order to preserve all services and values that biodiversity provides us. This includes scientific, cultural, educational, economic and aesthetic services, as well as the role of biodiversity in connection to climate and climate change on the planet.

Danijela Šundić

Danijela holds a PhD in the field of environmental protection attained in 2012 at the Biological Faculty at University of Belgrade with topic: “Freshwater Oligochaeta of Montenegro and their potential as biological indicators”.

She has sixteen years of experience in the fields of biodiversity, ecology, protection and sustainable management of natural, in particular water resources (water quality assessment; bio-monitoring; pollution sources and pollution pathways in different aquatic ecosystems - lakes, rivers, reservoirs, creeks and springs from different drainage basin; sediment quality assessment of rivers and lakes; ecology of aquatic ecosystems and organisms – macro invertebrates, freshwater and marine parasites), waste water and waste management and water supply management.

Her initial working engagement was related to the scientific field since she worked for several years at the University of Montenegro as a research assistant. Currently, Danijela is engaged in the environmental, infrastructure, development projects in the Project-Consulting (PROCON). She has ample experience in project management and funds mobilization, developing projects, preparation of TORs, monitoring of the projects, reporting, procurement, project evaluation, review and assessment, and other relevant activities related to project implementation, particularly for projects in the field of ecological development funded through different IFIs (EU programs, EIB (European Investment Bank), CEB (Council of Europe Development Bank), World Bank, EBRD (European Bank for Regional Development), WBIF (Western Balkan Investment Fund), ADA, etc.).

She also worked as a consultant for the GWP (Global Water Partnership), REC (Regional Environment Centre) and UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization).

Danijela is strongly committed to improve environmental sustainability through actions in the environmental field that include safeguarding of nature and natural resources. As a collaborator, she is supporting the EnvPro team in building a knowledge base on the linkages between the environment and human well-being using the multidisciplinary principles of sustainable development.

Marko Nikolić

Marko obtained his Bachelor and Master degree from the University of Montenegro, Department of Biology in Podgorica. He enrolled in PhD studies in 2014/2015 on the University of Novi Sad. During 2013 he started working in the Institute of Marine Biology at the University of Montenegro. From 2015 to 2019, within the Institute, he worked in the project “Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics” as a researcher in the fields of marine ecosystems ecology and ecophysiology of marine organisms. He completed coursework regarding biomonitoring equipment based on the fiber-optical method and measurement of heart rate of benthic invertebrates, as well as coursework for data processing and using of equipment for measurement of valve gape in mussels. He presented his work on several national and international congresses.

Matije Kekić

Matije recently (2021) obtained his Master degree at the Faculty for food tehnology, food safety and ecology at the University of Donja Gorica (UDG). He has ample experience in the food and service industry. During his studies he found out how the food industry has a negative impact on the environment and wanted to deepen his experience in the environmental sector. His main feld of interest is sustainable agriculture and the reduction of gas emissions from the food industry.

Anastasija Lalević

Anastasija is on her final year of Bachelor studies at the Faculty for food technology, food safety and ecology at the University of Donja Gorica (UDG). She is volunteering at EnvPro because she is passionate about environment and animal protection. She hopes that one day she will be able to make changes in her country and society.

Snežana Dragićević

For her Bachelor studies in biology, Sneža graduated at the University of Montenegro in Podgorica (1996), while her Master and Doctoral thesis she enrolled at the University of Belgrade (2001, 2008). Her professional development so far has been based mainly on scientific activities in the field of biology (taxonomy, ecology, natural heritage and biodiversity of Montenegro and adjacent countries), with particular accent on briology. This includes work with students as a teaching assistant on the subject of vascular plants at the University of Montenegro, followed by her current position as a curator in the Natural History Museum of Montenegro. Apart from being focused on scientific research, she has also been involved in development of relevant national legislation in the field of nature protection, studies on protection of natural assets, reports on strategic environmental impact assessment, studies of environmental impact assessment and also as a member of commissions for evaluation of documents in the field of environmental protection. Sneža was also the author, co-author or contributor in more than 25 exhibitions, mainly about nature of Montenegro.

Dragana Saveljić

Dragana is a biology student at the University of Montenegro. She is involved in Natura 2000 habitat mapping project for Montenegro as a collaborator, where she was engaged in the past for desktop research. Her previous engagements include internship and volunteering at NGO Green home and volunteering in NGO Center for bird protection and research (CZIP). Her interests, outside of biology and ecology, include hiking, biking and running.

Ivana Dragović

Ivana graduated from the Faculty of Food Technology, Food Safety and Ecology, after which she began professional training in the non-governmental organization Environment Programme (EnvPro).

As a great lover of nature, she participated in several competitions, trainings and volunteer actions in order to preserve the environment. During her studies, she and her colleagues founded the non-governmental organization Green Mind, which during its active work was engaged in various activities in the field of ecology.

Her goal and desires are to spread her knowledge and ideas that will contribute to the ecological development of her country.

Ana Katnić

Jelena Popović

Jelena je diplomirala biologiju na Univerzitetu Crne Gore i trenutno pohađa master studije iz ekologije, čiji je dio završila u Poljskoj na Univerzitetu u Ščećinu. Jelena je zaposlena u NVO Crnogorsko društvo ekologa kao projektna koordinatorka, a bila je volonterka je i pripravnica u ovoj organizaciji od 2015. Trenutno je uključena u projekat mapiranja staništa Natura 2000 za Crnu Goru kao saradnik. Takođe je volontirala u NVO Centar za zaštitu i istraživanje ptica (CZIP) i NVO neprofitno organizovano spašavanje avifaune (NORA) u 2014. i 2015. godini.

Nina Lončarević

Nina Lončarević je diplomirala na Univerzitetu Crne Gore (2017) na smjeru ”Zaštita životne sredine”, a Master studije iz Ekologije pejzaža završila je na Univerzitetu Hohenheim u Njemačkoj. Marija Popović

Na Prirodno matematičkom fakultetu Univerziteta Crne Gore, Marija je završila osnovne studije na smjeru Biologija (2017), a zatim specijalističke studije, smjer Ekologija (2018). Marijin fokus u ekologiji je fitocenologija, a njeno glavno načela u zaštiti prirode je očuvanje biološke raznovrsnosti na svim nivoima radi osiguravanja svih usluga i aspekata koje nam biodiverzitet pruža. Ovo uključuje naučne, kulturne, obrazovne, ekonomske i estetske usluge, kao i njegove uloge u i uticaje na klimu i klimatske promjene planete.

Danijela Šundić

Danijela je doktorirala iz oblasti zaštite životne sredine 2012. godine na Biološkom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu na temu: “Slatkovodne oligohete Crne Gore i njihov potencijal kao biološki indikatori“.

Ima šesnaest godina iskustva u oblastima biodiverziteta, ekologije, zaštite i održivog upravljanja prirodnim, posebno vodnim resursima (procjena kvaliteta vode; bio-monitoring; izvori zagađenja i putevi zagađenja u različitim vodenim ekosistemima - jezerima, rijekama, rezervoarima, potocima i izvorima različitih slivova; procjena kvaliteta sedimenata rijeka i jezera; ekologija vodenih ekosistema i organizama - makro beskičmenjaci, slatkovodni i morski paraziti), upravljanje otpadnim vodama i otpadom i upravljanje vodosnabdijevanjem.

Njen početni radni angažman bio je vezan za naučnu oblast, jer je nekoliko godina radila na Univerzitetu Crne Gore kao istraživač saradnik. Danijela je trenutno angažovana na projektima zaštite životne sredine, infrastrukture i razvoja u firmi za Projektnom savjetovanje (PROCON). Ima bogato iskustvo u upravljanju projektima i mobilizaciji sredstava, razvoju projekata, pripremi projektnih zadataka, praćenju, izvještavanju, nabavci, ocjeni projekata, pregledu i procjeni i drugim relevantnim aktivnostima u vezi sa sprovođenjem projekata, posebno za projekte u oblasti ekološkog razvoja finansiranog kroz različite međunarodne finansijske institucije (programi EU, EIB (Evropska investiciona banka), CEB (Razvojna banka Savjeta Evrope), Svjetska banka, EBRD (Evropska banka za regionalni razvoj), WBIF (Zapadnobalkanski investicioni fond), ADA itd.).

Takođe je radila kao konsultant za GWP (Globalno partnerstvo za vode), REC (Regionalni centar za životnu sredinu) i UNIDO (Organizacija Ujedinjenih nacija za industrijski razvoj).

Danijela se snažno zalaže za poboljšanje ekološke održivosti kroz akcije na polju zaštite životne sredine koje uključuju zaštitu prirode i prirodnih resursa. Kao saradnik, ona podržava tim EnvPro u izgradnji baze znanja o vezama između životne sredine i dobrobiti ljudi koristeći multidisciplinarne principe održivog razvoja.

Marko Nikolić

Marko je diplomirao i magistrirao na Univerzitetu Crne Gore, smjer Biologija u Podgorici. Doktorske studije upisao je 2014/2015 na Univerzitetu u Novom Sadu. Tokom 2013. godine počeo je da radi u Institutu za biologiju mora Univerziteta Crne Gore. Od 2015. do 2019. godine, u okviru Instituta, radio je na projektu “Centar izvrsnosti iz bioinformatike“ kao istraživač u oblastima ekologije morskih ekosistema i ekofiziologije morskih organizama. Pohađao je kurseve u vezi sa opremom za biomonitoring zasnovanoj na optičkoj metodi i mjerenju srčane frekvencije bentoskih beskičmenjaka, kao i kurseve za obradu podataka i upotrebu opreme za mjerenje zazora ventila u školjkama. Prezentovao je svoj rad na nekoliko nacionalnih i međunarodnih kongresa.

Matije Kekić

Matije je nedavno magistrirao (2021) na Fakultetu za prehrambenu tehnologiju, bezbjednost hrane i ekologiju Univerziteta u Donjoj Gorici (UDG). Ima bogato iskustvo u prehrambenoj i uslužnoj industriji. Tokom studija je otkrio kako prehrambena industrija ima negativan uticaj na životnu sredinu i želi da produbi svoje iskustvo u sektoru zaštite životne sredine. Njegovo glavno polje interesa je održiva poljoprivreda i smanjenje emisija gasova iz prehrambene industrije.

Anastasija Lalević

Anastasija je trenutno na poslednjoj godini osnovnih studija na fakultetu Prehrambena tehnologija, bezbjednost hrane i ekologija na Univerzitetu u Donjoj Gorici (UDG). Volontira u EnvPro-u jer je strastvena prema zaštiti životne sredine i životinja.

Snežana Dragićević

Sneža je diplomirala Biologiju na Univerzitetu Crne Gore u Podgorici (1996.), dok je master i doktorske studije pohađala na Univerzitet u Beogradu (2001., 2008.). Njen dosadašnji profesionalni razvoj zasnivao se uglavnom na naučnim aktivnostima u oblasti biologije (taksonomija, ekologija, prirodno nasljeđe i biodiverzitet Crne Gore i susjednih zemalja), sa posebnim naglaskom na briologiji. To uključuje rad sa studentima kao asistent u nastavi na temu vaskularnih biljaka na Univerzitetu Crne Gore, nakon čega je dobila svoju trenutnu poziciju kustosa u Prirodnjačkom muzeju Crne Gore. Pored naučnih istraživanja, Sneža je takođe bila uključena u razvoj relevantnog nacionalnog zakonodavstva u oblasti zaštite prirode, u studije zaštite prirodnih dobara, izveštaje o strateškoj procjeni uticaja na životnu sredinu, studije o procjeni uticaja na životnu sredinu, a takođe je bila i član komisija za ocjenu dokumenata iz oblasti zaštite životne sredine. Sneža je takođe bila autor, koautor ili saradnik na više od 25 izložbi, uglavnom o prirodi Crne Gore.

Dragana Saveljić

Dragana je student biologije na Univerzitetu Crne Gore. Uključena je u projekat mapiranja Natura 2000 staništa za Crnu Goru kao saradnik, gdje je u prošlosti bila angažovana za desktop istraživanje. Njeni prethodni angažmani uključuju stažiranje i volontiranje u NVO Green home i volontiranje u NVO Centar za zaštitu i proučavanje ptica (CZIP). Njena interesovanja, osim biologije i ekologije, uključuju planinarenje, biciklizam i trčanje.

Ivana Dragović

Ivana je završila Fakultet za prehrambenu tehnologiju, bezbjednost hrane i ekologiju, posle kojeg je počela stručno osposobljavanje u nevladinoj organizaciji Program za životnu sredinu (EnvPro).

Kao veliki ljubitelj prirode učestvovala je na više takmičenja, treninga i volonterskih akcija u svrhu očuvanja životne sredine. Tokom studija je sa svojim kolegama osnovala nevladinu organizaciju Green Mind koja se za vrijeme aktivnog rada bavila raznim aktivnostima u polju ekologije.

Cilj i želje su joj da širi znanje i ideje kojima će doprinijeti ekološkom razvaju svoje zemlje.
